DAMLA enjoys exploring and collecting music, particularly from the regions of Anatolia and Mesopotamia, and sharing their stories and sounds.
Her project focuses on themes such as Gastarbeiter, migration, and especially women’s voices.
She brings to life the most original and hidden sounds from these regions, aiming to create a connection between the melodies of these lands and those who listen to them.
